Great villa for vacation stay with friends or family, The staff was also very friendly and accomodating (contacts through WhatsApp), check in was easy. My only concern was the limited amount of electrical socket in this villa and the location of the electrical socket makes it hard for us to reach them and then eventually charge our electronics. Overall a great experience, will recommend this villa and might stay here again!

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, but there is a rule that if the sheets are dirty and have stains, they will be charged.

Service is good, admin is responsive but unfortunately it is not supported by good facilities. I asked for a paid upgrade from Villa Zebra to another villa but couldn't because the transaction was from the app. Inside Villa Zebra: The pool stairs had a broken end, quite dangerous because they were sharp. The pool lights didn't turn on on the first day, they were fixed on the 2nd day, swimming towels were only prepared after being requested on the 2nd day, the pantry didn't provide coffee/tea, there were no other amenities in the bathroom, only soap, shampoo and towels. When checking in, on the bathroom floor (the room near the pantry), there was quite a lot of soap liquid spilled on the floor and it wasn't cleaned so it was slippery. The mosquito net in the bathroom was full of dust and had never been cleaned it seemed. And the sheets when checking in, smelled for the queen bed (in both rooms).

The condition of the room and kitchen is in accordance with the photos, the kitchen equipment is also quite complete with a large refrigerator so it can store a lot of stuff, there is also a rice cooker. The TV is only in the living room and is already an Android TV so you can watch YouTube but not Netflix. Just a suggestion for those who want to stay overnight, it is better to bring toiletries because only soap and hand-wash are provided in each room.

The villa is spacious. My friend and I really enjoyed staying here! Suggestion: please check the cleanliness of the swimming pool. But that's not big deal 😊

Very nice, comfortable. Good budget and close access to the city. Satisfactory service, responsive to anything. Broken hot water is immediately fixed quickly, free gallon water. Free gas. There is a rice cooker too. Friendly staff and there is also a car park for 2 cars. Recommend villa for those who want to stay long in Bali 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
