Service is good, admin is responsive but unfortunately it is not supported by good facilities. I asked for a paid upgrade from Villa Zebra to another villa but couldn't because the transaction was from the app. Inside Villa Zebra: The pool stairs had a broken end, quite dangerous because they were sharp. The pool lights didn't turn on on the first day, they were fixed on the 2nd day, swimming towels were only prepared after being requested on the 2nd day, the pantry didn't provide coffee/tea, there were no other amenities in the bathroom, only soap, shampoo and towels. When checking in, on the bathroom floor (the room near the pantry), there was quite a lot of soap liquid spilled on the floor and it wasn't cleaned so it was slippery. The mosquito net in the bathroom was full of dust and had never been cleaned it seemed. And the sheets when checking in, smelled for the queen bed (in both rooms).
