Clean, very convenient location

The hotel charges a 3% card swipe fee. The staff did not deal with customers satisfactorily, agreed to add to the invoice when issued but still did not add, the invoice was also late paid. The service experience is not good, the room is clean, neat and spacious, the room only has 1 trash can in the tiny bathroom, very inconvenient to use.

The room is very nice, as the hotel photo provided.

Higly reccomend, near from Ga Hanoi and train street. Very kind at the reception for any need.

Lần thứ hai ở đây và vẫn rất thích. Khách sạn rất đẹp. Thiết kế mộc mạc và đơn giản nhưng sang trọng và hiện đại. Phòng sạch sẽ, thoải mái. Nệm rất êm.

Lễ tân rất chu đáo và chuyên nghiệp. Phòng ốc thì đẹp, tối giản, sang trọng. Không gian chung xinh xắn, nhiều ánh nắng. Không có hầm gửi xe nhưng chú bảo vệ có nhận giữ xe máy qua đêm. Bù lại, buffet sáng rất nghèo nàn, không xứng tiền (chỉ có trứng luộc, bơ mứt, máy nướng bánh mì) và từ 7h mới mở cửa.
