The breakfast menu is overwhelming! There are many varieties of food. Love to eat here compared to the price. The room is comfy, but sadly I don't like high floor rooms even though the view is awesome, directly to the Great Mosque MBZ.

Always like the view outside the window, there is a train station and a nice mosque. My children and mother are very happy when they come here. The staff are friendly & very helpful. The hotel staff is friendly, check-in is easy. The rooms and public areas are clean, the public area staff are always on standby so that the area around the hotel always looks clean and comfortable. The executive housekeeper, Mr. Firdian, is friendly and welcoming to guests and his HK team. My wife and I stayed for 2 days and we had no complaints whatsoever. Thank you 👍

It was my super pleasant experience having two nights stay with my family at this awesome hotel, while before only had some meeting and office agenda. A warm greeting, friendly staffs, great ambience, vary and delicious foods, a big pool and modern layout room. Never regret to put as my number 1 favorite hotel in Surakarta. Sure be back. The signal is very difficult, sometimes even non-existent in the room. And after being helped by WiFi, there was no change, the signal was full, but my goodness it was still slow and it was very difficult to use the internet. Especially my Grandma & Mom's room, it was very difficult to access WiFi, I had logged in several times, but it still exited or did not connect to the internet, and asked to re-login.
The parking lot is quite narrow. And when it's night, there are so many cars piled up in the lobby, it makes it difficult to get out, because of the slow movement and maybe not enough members to help the valet. I have a photo as proof.
Respect for the FO & HK who are very professional. There are no problems with the room, it's clean and comfortable to sleep, except for the WiFi which is very bad and the lack of lighting is a little.
For parents who use wheelchairs or canes, it's still friendly.
