very strategic place with a good ambience , the staff are very nice and helpfull

First time staying at this place, from the outside the place is nice there is an elevator, spacious parking lot. Arriving at the room, the room is clean. But the water has been off since the afternoon. It turns on for a while at night then turns off until morning. It's really hard if you want to take a shower, poop, pee. The staff also has no initiative to change rooms. If it's dawn, there's no one guarding the lobby so it's hard to ask for help with something. The shared kitchen is also dirty, no glasses or plates are provided for guests who rent daily rooms.

The location is really good in the middle of the city, you can also walk directly to Renon. The problem is the humidity in the room. It feels very stuffy, and it really needs to be fixed. Maybe because the open bathroom is combined with the room, and the bathroom is also a bit wet, so it's easy to get moldy. Other than that, I think it's enough for a hotel in the middle of the city, it can't be too cheap

The room's AC was very dysfunctional and it was very hot in the room. The toilet was dead. I have stayed at Samana many times before and this time I got a room that was not good to stay in.

The room is really dirty. The floor is dirty, the table is dirty, the sheets have lots of dirty spots or stains. The walls of the room are also dirty. Then the bathroom is really dirty. The ceiling of the bathroom is moldy, water is stagnant especially around the closet area, the shower is very small, the bathroom floor is dirty and slippery. All parts of the room are dirty, not suitable for living in

The service is still fast response even though it's already night, top 👍🏻.

Narrow shabby room. There is a TV but no channels. Really lazy to stay here.

The room smells of toilet. There is a puddle in the toilet. The TV has no broadcast, I asked the receptionist and they said they were waiting for a technician, I waited for almost an hour and then I was informed that this room has no STB so there can't be any broadcast. Asking via WA chat is also very slow to respond.

Ac nya dingin, kamarnya mayan ok sih, pelayanan staff nya ramah.

Kondisi kamar cukup luas. Ada kulkasnya. Saya dapet kamar no 211. Sebelumnya di kamar 207 tp kondisi AC tidak dingin dan kamar agak berbau tidak sedap. Namun di kamar 211 kondisi kamar mandi, air tidak bisa mengalir (jadi menggenang). Dan bidet closet pun kalau sudah dipakai untuk flush, air yang mengalir untuk bilas saat BAB menjadi pelan. Dan kebetulan di kamar 211 juga ada semut dedak (yang kecil-kecil). Jadi agak was-was saat mau meletakkan makanan. Untuk yang mau menginap dengan biaya ekonomis bisa di sini. Tanpa sarapan. Hanya kisaran 240rban.

Sprei kotor dan berdebu, meja TV juga berdebu. Kulkas juga masih ada sisa makanan. Kamar mandi kurang terawat.

Location is great, but the cleanliness is abit less than expected. Its a new building but the bathroom and the toilet is not sparkling clean. You can't find trash bin anywhere in the room and they don't pay attention to small details like hangers for cloth, or even charging ports. But totally worth the price since the location is great.

The service was great, but the facilities are bad. The TV doesn't work, the drain was clogged, and I pay more for the “city view” as the description says but all I got just neighbors roof for the view. A lot of things need to be improve.

Bathroom without toilet roll, bed sheet stained and there were still drinks left in the mini bar.

The new building is nice and the facilities are sophisticated but cleanliness is not maintained. Very disappointing service. Check in 5:30pm room not ready. Still have to wait more than 30 minutes to be able to enter the room. Even then entering the room the floor was still wet and slippery. Water is not available. There is a dispenser but glasses are not available. If you want to look for room service, there isn't any, so you have to look for it to walk because it's far from the store. Want to check out at 7:30 am the receptionist is not there yet. Until 8:15 just showed up. If not, because I want to ask for a deposit that has no benefit, I will also stay. There is no checking when checking out and the key also uses a password. What is certain is that if you just want to sleep, there are lots of places that cost more to maintain the service or hospitality.

The rooms are comfortable, but can be equipped with several hangers, a bath mat, and a breakfast or canteen.
