This is the best hotel in Banyuwangi for now, the rooms are spacious, clean, the view from the room is beautiful. I have stayed here more than 5 times and it has always been a pleasant experience.

the room size is spacious, there is a spacious, clean & comfortable family room type. the location of the hotel is on the highway and not far if you want to go to Ketapang port. suitable for a stopover hotel or family vacation.

Thank you for being able to check in faster. Breakfast is delicious, with many variations. Thank you for getting free iftar meals for 1 room per person. The view is very good both from inside and outside the room. The room is comfortable, all equipment is running well/normally. The staff from entering the hotel to inside the hotel are friendly.

the hotel room is quite big and the view of the mountain is very beautiful. The taste and variety of food at breakfast is amazing.. everything is delicious and there are typical Banyuwangi dishes... there are kids activities that make children more comfortable staying here.

We had a pleasant stay in Kokoon Hotel. The room is spacious & clean, the meal is also delicious. Many parking lots in the basement and in the back of the hotel. Will be back to stay in Kokoon for sure.

Nice memories, I like the lemongrass smell in the elevator even the shampoo or soap liquid and also all staff is great full friendly mostly just unfortunately a bit far from ketapang harbor but its ok (because after getting stuck in traffic so it feels far) and oh once again, unfortunately the room next door at that time gen z girls gathered in the same room so it was very noisy. But overall i love thia hotel. Ambience and would love to come back😉
