The AC is not too cold, had to request to move to another room, but it was still not cold enough. The staff did not respond well to complaints. Even seemed not to care. .

I've stayed there twice. It's comfortable and close to GBK so I can jog at night.

The staff is very unhelpful. Stiff and stingy with smiles. Very unfriendly. In fact, the most helpful is the security guard.... It's a wonder how he can work as a Frontline..

For that price, it's quite worth it, the cons are the lobby and outside the hotel are quite dark, got a room that was quite noisy because it was near the train tracks, the pillows were hard. According to the price. 1. AC, cold on the upper floor. 2. Facilities include towels, hangers and soap shampoo, other than that there are none. 3. There are only clothes hangers, no bathroom. 4. Exhaust, Functioning. 5. Cold and hot water OK. 6. TV is on but a bit broken but that's okay. 7. Clean, but not too fragrant. 8. Not anymore! The receptionist was so rude. When I checked in, the TV wouldn't turn on, there was no toilet spray, the toilet couldn't be flushed, when I went out because I was in a hurry to watch the national team, at that time I complained that it didn't work but I asked to check it until I got back to watch the national team. Eh, when I got back into the hotel, the TV was on, suddenly the toilet spray was installed. So rude, right? They just came in without any prior notification. And after it was installed, there was no apology at all. Don't come here. It's only close to GBK but the minus is the hard mattress, hard pillows and the receptionist has no manners. Fak

Parking can only accommodate 2 cars. The location is near the rails, so it is a bit noisy, and the room is not so soundproof from the outside. The elevator is broken, and rooms are provided on the 6th floor, only via stairs. The condition of the small building like a boarding house, with renovations still underway, slightly disturbing the view and comfort. Actually, for this price with the facilities provided, it is a bit disappointing. Maybe with this price, it should be able to provide better facilities and services. And it turns out that with a budget that is not up to this, you can get better accommodation in the surrounding area, and of course more comfortable, closer to GBK. Luckily, you still get mineral water, a clean room, and a fairly good toilet with hot water flowing smoothly. So it's not that disappointing.

I got a room on the 6th floor and the elevator was not operating.

The elevator wasn't working so we had to bring the travel to the 4th floor, oh my, it was quite tiring. In terms of cleanliness, the sheets were quite clean, and the pillowcases smelled good.
