The hotel is clean, quiet, okay for working, must bring family next time

The staff was friendly and helped us carry our things from the parking area.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The food menu has many choices and tastes good. The room is clean. It's just that the swimming pool is a bit dirty. Especially the shallow pool (for children) is dirty and the plants around it are not neatly arranged so it looks scary.

Very good and satisfying, no doubt staying at the best Forbis hotel 😍.

Akomodasinya bersih. Kamar mandinya luar biasa bersihnya. Jadi kami merasa nyaman selama di hotel. Untuk sarapan paginya enak dan cukup variatif. Secara keseluruhan Oke banget. 🙂👍.

Di luar ekspektasi saya dengan sekelas hotel bintang 4 pelayanan receptionist mengecewakan sekali, menu sarapan paginya pun standar untuk hotel kelaa bintang 4, kayanya ga akan lagi pake hotel ini untuk ke depan nya.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable with surprisingly complete amenities of OK quality. Even though the breakfast choices are not as many as we imagined, the quality of the food, freshness and taste of the food are authentic and very tasty and it has a top-notch Korean food menu. Haven't had time to try the various facilities available, but Forbis will definitely be our family's choice for breakfast in Cilegon. Thank You.

Areanya luas-luas, Parkiran luas, kolam renang luas, lobby nya pun luas, dan bisa terlihat pada yang saya foro areanya sangat bersih sekali, jadi nyaman banget stay di Forbis.

Pengalaman menginap yang baru di Kota Cilegon, karena baru pertama kali menginap di sini, sangat nyaman kamarnya, Sarapan sangat lengkap, ada korean menu di sarapan, fitness center nya lengkap dan alatnya baru-baru juga.🫰.

Hotelnya nyaman. Staff friendly semua, sangat menyebangkan, boleh pakai sepeda dan gratis pula, oh iya pas check in di kamar sudah ada wellcome cake, dan saat check out reception nya tanyakan kenyamanan saat kita berada di hotel, bentuk sangat care terhadap tamu. Terima kasih forbis beserta semua staff 🥰.

For hotels, the price is 1 million plus an extra bed of 360 thousand at a price of almost 1.4 million per night, it is not worth it because visitors cannot enjoy all hotel facilities, one of which is the hot water pool, where during my stay I was kicked out, to get out of the hot water pool and if you want to use it, you have to pay, it's different from the hotel next door, it's already free and you can take advantage of all the facilities, and you get 2 rooms, you don't mean to drop it, but this is really my complaint of disappointment, if there really is a place or hotel facilities and it's in the hotel, if indeed can't be used by visitors, so just get out of the hotel. Not bad, it's better to think again if you are going to stay here.

Very satisfied staying at the Forbis Hotel, the facilities are complete, there is a sauna and gym for men, the swimming pool is indoor and outdoor there is also a pool of cold water and hot water, good for blood circulation, the minus was that the breakfast was not satisfactory, the fried rice tasteless. Then in the application it says free snacks but apparently you don't get snacks, only drinks get them. For a special gift, when I checked out, I thought I'd get a good souvenir, but apparently they said it was finished, so I got a cake. The cake is delicious, it's just not big enough hehehe

Really good place to stay in cilegon area, and especially we got free snack every check out! Thank you forbis!
