The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Arrived at the room, the hot water shower was dead, reported it & was responded well by the staff, the deluxe room with lake view, comfortable, only there was no sink in the room so if you wanted to wash your hands, or brush your teeth you had to go to the bathroom shower, there was no wardrobe either so it was confusing to hang clothes, the breakfast variety was limited, but it was understandable considering the price, ordered dinner at the restaurant, the empal was really delicious, the swimming pool was comfortable, clean, clear, didn't sting the eyes so I wanted to bring my extended family for a staycation here

Cheap hotel with Javanese and Balinese atmosphere, large room, can put a car in front of the room, minus the AC, it takes a long time to cool down and the staff are noisy, the room staff etc are ok, very friendly

The staff is just ordinary, the waiters are adequate, the breakfast menu is not too extensive, there is only white rice, fried rice, perkebel, soto, toast, boiled noodles and omelettes, in the hall there used to be a lot of menus, oh yes, the AC in the room is noisy

Stayed here for a children's event. The staff and security were friendly. The rooms are cluster-style, with parking directly in front of the rooms. The atmosphere is beautiful and shady, similar to hotels in Yogyakarta, but some rooms and the surrounding area appear poorly maintained. Breakfast is tasty, but lacking in variety.

I have stayed here several times, the atmosphere is quiet, cool, and the service is really good.

During our stay, the TV was broken and couldn't be repaired. Sound could be heard in the neighboring room. Breakfast was sparse, consisting of noodles and rice, not worth the 350,000 Rupiah price.

the vibes are like in a Sundanese village. very beautiful, cool. there is a large prayer room. parking can be done directly in front of the room. the breakfast is okay. quite complete. there are herbal drinks. unfortunately maybe because it's an old resort so many things are no longer maintained. like a playground, lake, gazebo. the balcony is also hmm.. the hot wafer doesn't work. the AC remote is problematic. the TV is not smart yet 🤓. and the most shocking thing is the blanket is wow thin, not like a bedcover but a cloth one. but to find atmosphere and tranquility, or just to rest. okay..

Nice and cozy place to spend your time with your family. Hospitality & service: 10/10. Ambience: 10/10 so green. Food & beverage: 9/10.

The hotel is ok, beautiful and easy to find.. but the sad thing is there is no buffet for breakfast.. the food menu here is delicious with friendly prices too..

Really like the atmosphere. The weather was also cool when we stayed there. The swimming pool was really cold.

It doesn't match the price, especially the breakfast, I really don't recommend it.

Check in at night, the atmosphere is quite quiet, suitable for introverts, there is not much variety for breakfast, but the experience of staying there so far is good.

The room I booked had a garage for the car, so I could park privately. But for other things I don't recommend the room which had lots of ants, the bathroom smelled, the toilet tissue was almost finished when I checked in, the phone didn't work, but I could WA, the worst thing was the staff when I asked to change towels because the towels were stained with my child's urine, they didn't give it, even though it had been changed for the day, I had to complain first before I got it, I was even charged an additional fee!! the food was very lacking in variety and the taste was not good, the chicken was very hard, hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and access to the swimming pool seemed unmaintained

The place is super comfortable, feels like you are in Solo/Yogyakarta

Hopefully there will be updates to the hotel, the place will be nice, cool and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly, fast response and provides excellent service.
