I've stayed here several times, and the service is quite good. Once you check in, everything is complete. But today, I met a different guard. I had to leave the room to ask for a towel, toothpaste, and toothbrush. They didn't even check if there was soap. He said again. Usually, the guard is very friendly. Ugh, it's unlucky on Sundays.

The room has a unique and all pink design, it's quite pleasant, but there is one room that doesn't have AC, so the AC isn't very cold, otherwise it's ok, quite recommended.

Waiting for check in until 2:50 PM to get a room with the excuse that the room was still being cleaned. The room had no window, so be careful when booking a room type even though it was spacious and clean. There was an incident where my husband left his wallet from Sunday when checking out, but on Monday night when we felt like we left our wallet at the hotel after searching in the car, house and restaurant, we called the hotel and were told to wait to ask the CS staff, about 15 minutes later we were informed that there was indeed a wallet left behind, with a nominal value of 5 million rupiah, only 1.5 million rupiah was left. Even though my ID card was in the wallet when I checked in and I left my phone number but I was not contacted immediately. Very disappointed, especially since we were not informed immediately, if we had not looked for and contacted the hotel because we felt like we had left our wallet, maybe we would not have been informed that something was left behind. BE CAREFUL WITH VALUABLES

In short, good service, I want to continue to extend my stay with the help of friendly staff.

Not bad considering hotel prices in Jogja are high. Usually, these two rooms can accommodate a family of five, with children sharing one room.

Strategic hotel easy to reach. The interior is aesthetic. Very cute huh. It's just a shame it seems like there is a lack of manpower for maintenance, the area around the hotel is dusty, it's a shame even though the interior is already very good. Easy check in. Friendly staff service. Quite complete facilities with quite affordable rates. Clean, comfortable room, there is a refrigerator, only 1 AC input is not cold enough. The rest is worth it

The TV is not yet an Android and has few channels, the shower is facing the door so the water goes into the room, the bed light doesn't work, the AC is not very effective, the bed is noisy if you move a little, the room is not soundproof so you can hear the neighbors next door.

The room is clean, nice, the facilities are complete, the staff are friendly, suitable for a staycation with family and children because there is a swimming pool.

The toilet is clogged, the shower tap and jet shower smell of rusty iron. The drains smell of sewage. No toothbrushes and towels are provided, not even a single tissue. The blanket makes you itchy. Access to the road after 22.00 at the portal is not allowed.

The hotel staff was not very helpful, and the rooms were not clean.

The receptionist is not there when you need something, it's hard to contact them. The cleanliness of the room needs to be considered, especially the toilet, oh yeah, it's better to just prepare 2 bottles of water, it's not ethical for guests to be provided with used gallons of water/salome from previous guests🤣🤭

It's worth it for that price. Anyway, God willing, I'll go there again if I have the chance.

Comfortable room, there is a sofa and gallon water. For the suite type, no need to go up. Strategic location, there is a pool upstairs
