We didnt like that we had to have a breakfast pass to eat breakfast I. This hotel but we liked our stay other than that.

Great location! Enjoyed our stay.

We travel to Pigeon Forge 10 to 12 times per year. We always try to stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites because we have never been disappointed. Rooms are always clean; staff is friendly and accommodating, no complaints here.

Sofa bed ver uncomfortable they do not have sheets or blankets for it . They do not clean daily. Pool has way too much chemicals or salt . 1 person in the front desk does it all.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. We have stayed at several in Pigeon Forge but this might be our favorite. Staying in Dec. we didn’t mind but we did not see an outdoor pool so it is not an option for us during a summer stay. However, it is the perfect winter location. The indoor pool and spa was nice and stocked with clean towels. The room was very clean!!! Front desk service was great as well!

I paid extra thru expedia to pay at property, planned to arrive right at check in time. Received a call 5 hours prior to check in demanding payment or reservation would be canceled. Once we arrived couldn't even get an ice bucket for our room, at $350 per night. Terrible service will never return.

Great staff

Front desk attendant was sweet and efficient, but overall, the hotel was a disappointment. Very dirty elevators, floors, and hallways. Water station was empty in gym. Unsure if the water filter station was working as it should and it was dirty too. Was expecting much better for the price.

Stain on the sheets, Wi-Fi was poor, I asked front desk, they did not help me at all, I would give this hotel three stars or less.

The staff was polite and easy parking

Our room was nice and roomy. Appreciated the pullout couch in the corner. The cleanliness was lacking however. Our bathroom had a large amount of long black hair on the floor. In the trash can there was a makeup remover wipe that looked like it had been used and discarded. When my daughter opened up the pullout couch there were chip crumbs in the sheets. It was dusgusting. If it hadn’t been as late as it was I would have requested another room. The lobby had a distinct burnt plastic/chlorine smell. It just felt like I was breathing in toxic air.

Refused to check in one hour early or leave luggage. The restroom in the lobby was closed, toilet clogged and messed up. Counter person is not kind at all, with no greeting, no restaurant information given. I travel a lot using IHG hotel. It was the worst.

Heater blew cool air directly onto bed. Had to turn off to be able to sleep

Me and my boyfriend have never stayed at this hotel but wanted to see other hotels in Pigeon Forge so we decided on this one. We decided to come a day early for our trip which was handled with ease, even when we got there day of check in it was great but since we did book through Hotels.com (third party) there was some confusion but the reception handled everything perfectly! The place is clean and nice! Would definitely recommend! My only complaint is we needed fresh clean towels and I had called the front desk for some fresh towels and waited a hour for them, after awhile me and my boyfriend decided to grab dinner and come back hoping we’d have fresh towels, there was not, I went to the front desk letting them know it’s now been a hour and thirty minutes and I never received fresh towels, again the receptionist was amazing about it and gave me fresh towels!

The room was nice. Not fully cleaned and not properly stocked with blankets/pillows/towels. I went to check in an hour early for me to be told my room wasn’t done, without front desk even looking at my room type. When we finally checked in, we had a different agent who seemed to be on drugs. The sofa bed was full of trash. We enjoyed the fireplace in the room but that was pretty much it.

Very comfortable stay and just a few minutes from Dollywood. Plenty to do close by.
