The room needs better soundproofing. I was disturbed by nearby/next room guests' chatting outside in the middle of the night.

Cozy and clean small place/room overall (blind is broken so it got too bright for me who likes a dark room), and feels like a hideout with narrow access though.

This hotel is great. Incredibly comfortable. Makes you not want to leave the hotel. My rating would be perfect if the free breakfast was a buffet or at least the choices were not limited to that few. Other than that, everything is really good.

Food can be improved in terms of taste, no hairdryer in the room, very close to Pasar Senen station, spacious and comfortable rooms

One of the recommended hotels in South Jakarta. Book an executive room type. The facilities in the room are: - TV. - AC. - wifi. - safety deposit box. - Wardrobe. - Amenities. - Sofa. For general facilities, there is a restaurant & lounge on the rooftop. What I like most about this hotel is its aesthetic design, many corners of the hotel are good for photos, making guests comfortable. The staff service is also friendly. The view from the rooftop is also good.

Quiet and comfortable, if you want to be away from the crowd, this is the place. Ordering breakfast took a while, maybe because it was crowded at that time.... Suggestion; The window covering of the room allows sunlight to pass through, a bit uncomfortable, there is a mat in the elevator, it often gets in the way of suitcase wheels.

Understaffed for sure, ordering even in-room dining is very very hard! You call reception or even the restaurant and no one answer, even when you visit them downstairs no one around (not even the reception). Also being reviewed a lot on the net for having a Netflix but only 1 room actually have it. Shitty hotel, full of BS, will never come back.

The atmosphere is comfortable and very effective for a staycation

The hotel staff is okay, no matter how many times you order food from Gojek, it's still delivered to your room even though it's okay if you go down yourself. The security is friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping is good and polite. The rooms are really cozy and feel at home.

The elevator sounded scary as if it was going to break, the atmosphere was good, but it was a shame that the sound of the song from downstairs could be heard entering the room up to the 3rd floor.

The place is comfortable, really nice, quiet, not noisy, so it's really suitable for those who want to staycation in Jakarta but don't want to be far from the city center. Prices are also affordable.
