friendly hotel staff and good service

The hotel staff were very helpful during the check in and check out process.

according to the price, but enough for transit rest

There needs to be a lot of improvements, from the humidity in the bedroom, bathroom, mold on the ceiling, moldy bathroom walls, dim room lights like a porn hotel, not okay. Sorry, I'm reviewing honestly.

Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom.

Okay, great, strong water, clean room, but there's no soap.

Good so far but too small for a family, I think.

The staff is nice and friendly. The room comfort is also okay with a soft bed.

+ Easy to reach location because it is close to the toll road and the Grand Mosque + Find food and necessities nearby + There is a lift and it is not difficult to climb stairs for those who stay on the upper floors - Cleanliness please improve again especially in the public area and restroom - AC maintenance and cleanliness in the room toilet and gutter because it causes an unpleasant odor

Every hour I woke up because I felt something sucking me, it turned out it wasn't a mosquito but a bed bug, the floor was dirty, the lamp sockets were dusty, the towels smelled or weren't given camphor/fragrances During my experience traveling around this new hotel First and last

It was dirty and dark. The used bedsheets and towels were just being trown in the corner near the lift where people could see all the mess. The beds got bed bugs. Not even kidding. I couldn't even complain at that time because I thought it was just me being paranoid. But no. I woke up a few times because some bugs crawling on my foot and over my face.

Economical price. Close to food places.

The hotel's wifi was down, the soap was out of stock, and there was no shampoo. But the room smelled clean, but the bathroom had a lot of scale.

First time staying at Arimbi and very comfortable, 24 hour check in and friendly staff. The room is comfortable and you can enjoy the atmosphere with your family.

Some of the hotel staff were not very friendly, but it's okay, I still enjoyed staying at Arimbi because I was with friends, so it was really memorable.

Hotel staff who make it easy to check in and check out. For hotel staff who are in FO, maintain your service, don't forget to be friendly to customers so that customers remain satisfied and comfortable, thank you☺️🙏🏻

Stains on the sheets, blankets, pillows look very dirty. The bathroom is dirty as if it is rarely cleaned or not very clean when cleaned. Not recommended for those looking for comfortable accommodation
