For the swimming pool is very comfortable, suitable for staycation with family. But the condition when checking in was very unpleasant, the room could not be entered even though check in was at 15:00. Because the room was not ready "request by app twin bed and non-smoking" had to wait 1 hour. It's okay we waited at the swimming pool, but after 1 hour we were not given any information. 1.5 hours later we took the initiative to go downstairs and were given the key. At first I thought our room was downgraded because the room was quite small, the condition of the room hallway was very smelly with garbage in the elevator hallway right in front of the room and the smell came into the room. The bathroom smelled musty, I felt nauseous and I went to the receptionist to ask and wanted to change rooms, but I canceled because it was said that there were no other comfortable rooms for children that were non-smoking and twin beds, so our order had been upgraded from the previous superior room to deluxe and free. Because we were already exhausted and there were no other rooms, we were forced to accept it with my request to be cleaned immediately and the garbage in front of the room was thrown away immediately. Once again I had to wait patiently. As an additional surprise when checking out, it was stated that there was "no doormat", even though it was not provided in the room from the beginning, I thought it was without a doormat facility at first, even if our luggage was to be checked I was ready, but before I said please check our luggage, the receptionist immediately said the room could be left without any special apology because of the double loss of the doormat facility was no longer provided and we were questioned about the condition of the doormat that was not there? With a room price of 700 thousand, I was quite disappointed with the hotel facilities and services this time. Am I the only one who experienced this? I am curious to try a staycation at this hotel because of its good reviews .... Hopefully this will be a concern for the hotel and there can be improvements.
