Staffs were friendly, room is alright. The only thing I didn't like was the soundproofing really bad. Early in the morning I was awoken by the housecleaner vacuum sound right next door. It was so loud.

the room is minimalist, the good thing is there is a coffee shop in the lobby, the coffee is delicious, for a hairdryer you can ask at the receptionist, the location in my opinion is a bit far to the pavilion, and the road is uphill and downhill, only around the hotel there are many cafes, like in Kuta, there are many foreigners.. deposit 100MYR, okay..

Comfortable, clean, safe hotel, fairly soundproof rooms, and fairly close to Alor street. Close to Rm Nasi Kandar, close to Sevel too, right next to the hotel ad Rm Jepang.

Nice staff, room and bathroom is clean and comfy, but no hair dryer and the iron isn't hot enough.

Less, only the location is quite close to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor. The condition of the hotel in my opinion is not good.

The staff is friendly, but the AC is not cold. Because it's still hot & still noisy, the sounds outside can still be heard.

Room walls are mouldy, smell like mould, light didn't work, and my mum literally couldn't breathe of the smell so we had to move hotel the next day. Paid for 3 days stay only for a day (no refund) but what to do. Health is more important. Definitely not like pictures.

I ordered 2 types of rooms. The room for 4 people is quite large. For 2 adults and 1 child. The room is a bit small. For location. It's a bit far from the MRT, if you want to get off the MRT it's better to choose Bukit Bintang rather than Raja Chunlan. It's a bit of a winding road and it's a bit quiet and dark when you get down there. The location is a bit confusing, but if you already know. The road is not too far to reach the Alor Street location. The way out of the hotel on the right is full of food. Downstairs there is selling coffee and croissants, they are really delicious

I ordered 2 types of rooms here, some are for 4 people. The rooms are quite large. Friendly staff service. The location was confusing because I got off at the Raja Chunlan MRT. Got lost. I suggest just getting off at Bukit Bintang. The 7 minute walk is not that far and is busier. There are lots of western food around, pubs, a lot of food out there. Which can penetrate Jalan Alor. In the Lobby there is a cafe selling coffee and croissants (delicious). Standard rooms are a bit cramped. Can fit. 2 adults 1 small child

The staff are friendly and helpful, there are lots of places to eat near food and restaurants.

It's nice to stay here close to Bukit Bintang, and the price is right because it's not far from Bukit Bintang. Wifi is good. TV broadcast is not good. But it's okay

Everything is fine and good. Staff, cleanliness, (the location moreover, the best). Highly recommended to stay here. However, this hotel requires a deposit of rm 100 when you check in and it will be returned when you check out + there is also a hotel guest tax policy in Malaysia.

Clean room, friendly staff, not big room, but not bad. And the location is around cafes full of music at night.

Khách sạn phục vụ rất tệ, vệ sinh hư vòi mình báo thì cũng không khắc phục hay đổi phòng, máy sấy tóc hư kêu đổi cái khác cũng không kiểm tra và đưa máy hư khác, hỏi lễ tân thì nói do phòng mình không xử dụng được máy sấy, chứ máy sấy không hư ;)
