The reception service under the name of DAVID is very bad! I booked a standard room, initially it was said ready, suddenly it was full, then I was asked to upgrade to a superior room, because I was tired and sleepy I followed it with a request for a queen bed + smoking room. When I arrived at the room there were 2 beds, and it turned out the room was the same as a standard room! I felt cheated! Asked for confirmation to DAVID, he just said sorry, that's the only room available! I felt very disadvantaged! Then when having breakfast at the restaurant there were many flies flying around, there was no effort from the restaurant staff at all. I was very disappointed to stay here, especially with DAVID's reception service!
