Hotel staff and service are friendly. Rooms are also clean and tidy.

Second day, took a shower at 6 am but there was no hot water and the soap seemed to have run out.

I had a special request for 1 single bed via the app but the staff said it was not possible because it used a voucher, I think other hotels can. When entering the room the door card did not work, I had to exchange it again to the ground floor.

Friendly staff, varied delicious food. There is hot water in the bathroom.

It's very bad, staying here and wanting to rest is still early in the morning when the hammer knocks very loudly.

The bathroom is clean, only when I wash my face in the sink the water is brown and smelly. After running the water for about 2o minutes, it didn't take long before it returned to normal.

The hotel is good, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly.

Cheap prices, friendly employees, good facilities and as expected, already a regular at Grand Kartika
