At 08.45 I went down to the restaurant, faced with an empty breakfast menu (sold out & not immediately refilled), I tried to inform the officer, he answered quite curtly, just wait while it's still being fried. Just info on the menu provided (if it's all refilled): 1. White rice (only the ones on the magic jar wall are left); 2. Sweet pumpkin vegetable (sold out, only the tray is left); 3. Fried chicken and fried tempeh (only 1 tempeh left, chicken is gone); 4. Small crackers (available); 5. Corn soup is available; 6. Bread warmer is available... That's all. We're not joking around eating it 😥😥 And the place is in the hotel alley. I booked 2 rooms at a rate of Rp. 1,589,848, -, it's really not worth it. The app should first ensure that the hotels offered in the app prioritize the satisfaction of its app users, otherwise, slowly but surely, the app users will leave one by one, like me who is currently thinking about taking the decision to uninstall the app and close my app account because of this experience. Once again, I am quite disappointed this time. Thank you.
