Security is very poor, helmets can be lost.

please fix the hot water a little because the water is not hot

Have visited several times, will always be the main priority of choice to stay in Samarinda. Strategic location, in the area of many foods and groceries, ATMs are close, staff are solutive asking for cutlery is helped very well, spacious room space, clean, fragrant, spacious bathroom, easy and fast check in / out process, fast elevator. Overall there is nothing lacking, keep it up, suggestion to replace the TV with a smart TV. Dear Hotel Royal Park, hopefully my wedding can be held happily at this hotel. Excellent service!

Close to the city center, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff and security helps direct you when the parking lot is full.

Always a hotel of choice for rest or vacation. The staff is friendly & helpful. The check in & check out process is also not complicated, the location is right in the middle of the city, close to places to eat, mini markets & shops. The facilities are also complete & the rooms are clean and fragrant.

The check in process was fast, but we got a room on the 4th floor at the very end near the back door to the parking lot, and it wasn't locked.

Clean, comfortable for resting with family. Friendly staff, just lacking pillows because I usually stay in hotels with double pillows. But it's not a big problem. Thank you Royal Park

Actually I often stay at Royal Park Samarinda. But this time my vacation I was a little disturbed by the condition of the sheets, pillows and towels. Maybe the sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath towels are time to be replaced because the color is already yellow towards brown and for the pillows are already yellow and soft not comfortable to sleep on. the walls of the room also need to be painted and the AC repaired so that it is cold. thank you

The AC takes a long time to cool down. The rest is okay, the location is easy.

Overall okay, score 9/10. Easy and fast check-in, late checkout process is also made easy, staff is not long-winded, comfortable clean room according to description, fast and clean water, water heater works well, everything is good. All facilities in the room work well, my stay that night was really memorable for me, a very pleasant moment enhanced by the hotel that was not the wrong choice. Request for a high floor room with a view was also accommodated by the hotel, so I was even happier. Will definitely repeat stay. What needs to be considered is the cleanliness of the hotel's interior area on each floor and along the hallway, elevator access if there is an event booking so you don't have to climb stairs to go back and forth to the 4th floor, and the soundproofing of the room so that the sound from and outside the room is not too noisy.
