Wi-Fi is bad, food is not much variety.

Spacious room, soft bed, cold AC, clean, hot and cold water, many TV channels, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Every time I go to Banjarmasin, I always choose Familia. Always comfortable staying at Familia, guaranteed to sleep soundly. Thanks Familia.

This is a cool and very nice hotel, perfect for bringing family. The price is pocket-friendly.

I stayed with my family during the fasting month, booking a room with breakfast. Hoping to be able to eat sahur at the hotel. It turned out that the information at the reception was that they did not serve sahur and it had been confirmed to the app system.

for spacious, nice, clean hotel rooms, strategic hotel location, clean, spacious toilets. and 1 thing that disappointed me was the receptionist who was not friendly, a rather old man, when we were talking to CO, we were talking about CO, he was on the phone and didn't answer, he was focused and busy just calling, returning the deposit was only given like that, I was disappointed with the customer, the treatment was so unprofessional with the work. but I say thank you and add to our experience of staying here.

my favorite hotel when on holiday in Banjarmasin. I like the spacious and comfortable hotel rooms. The toilets are clean, the sheets are fragrant and it is in the middle of the city. The price is also standard. Hopefully the hotel will develop further in the future.

Thin blanket little breakfast

The room was comfortable, the air conditioning was cold, but the bathroom floor tiles were slippery, and the bed sheets didn't seem very clean.
