This is the 3rd times i stayed at Potique. From the comforts of the room or friendly and accommodating staffs, it always make me feel like home. The breakfast buffet is very great with many choices of cuisine. 10 out of 10.

It's always my favorite hotel to come back whenever I travel to Nha Trang. The hotel management definitely pay great attention to every detail to make their guest stay an unforgettable experience. The room is simple but well decorated. Hotel services deserves a shout out, you will feel welcomed home from door bell to reception, hotel welcome drink and fruits and daily turn down service. Food are amazing too.

Gia đình mình đã có trải nghiệm thật sự tuyệt vời tại Potique. Bạn nhân viên nam (ngại chưa hỏi tên bạn 😅) đã hỗ trợ gia đình mình rất nhiệt tình, tâm lí, chu đáo. Vì bạn mà nhà mình book thêm 1 đêm nữa nè và lần sau có dịp sẽ ghé lại Potique nha. Gây thương nhớ 🤭🥰🧡

I booked a double bed with sea view. Large, comfortable room. Clean, beautiful hotel, convenient location, delicious breakfast buffet.

I had a very good experience for my stay, although my stay was short, I was very satisfied with Potique's welcome, from the attitude of service, customer care, to the cozy and stylish space. Potique's very own Indochinese way. Welcoming guests when entering Potique is a warm attitude, super delicious drinks when waiting for check-in. There is a fruit plate in the room (free) after I come back from dinner, I also get extra cookies in the room. And the breakfast buffet is diverse and rich, the food is delicious. Especially, Mr. Ky, Potique's culinary director, is very professional, enthusiastic, welcoming, and listens to the customer's experience. The receptionist Bang is very cute, the way to handle the situation is good, polite and polite. Thank you everyone, thank you Potique for giving me a wonderful experience while staying at Potique.

Phòng ốc nhân viên mọi thứ rất chuyên nghiệp mình sẽ ghé lại và khuyên mn nên lựa phòng có ban công hoặc hướng biển sẽ có Trãi nghiệm tốt hơn

The hotel is located right in the center, going a little way to the sea but not as noisy as other hotels. Good service, rooftop swimming pool, delicious breakfast buffet, very enthusiastic reception and support. I will still stay at the hotel when I return to Nha Trang.

The new hotel is very nice, the outside is nicer than in the pictures. Friendly reception, very satisfied.

Can't complain about the service. The staff are friendly and extra helpful. Clean room and new furniture. Convenient location to the beach and to night market. Breakfast buffet was okay for the price. Just that the restaurant closed quite early and there was no room service at night, probably to save cost because of covid.

The hotel is brand new, designed in European style, so it looks very cozy. Booking on the app is 1 million cheaper than booking at ks. Friendly and enthusiastic staff, breakfast is not buffet style, but buffet order according to the menu, maybe few customers can't do that. The balcony is a bit small
