I don't believe you can be rated as a 5-star hotel; I would say you're more of a 4-star or below. During my stay from October 21st to 23rd, the check-in process was extremely time-consuming. Your staff requested my ID card, and upon returning, they seemed to have no recollection of me. Additionally, asking guests to forward booking emails from well-known platforms is not customer-friendly. It seems more like a lack of trust, requiring evidence from guests. We had booked a Deluxe Sea View room, but to our disappointment, the view was of the hotel 's restaurant! On the second day, I went to the restaurant and ordered a hot coffee. When it was served, the staff asked me, do I wanted to order anything else? I needed a moment to decide as I was waiting for my wife to join, but they promptly mentioned that if I didn't order anything, they would bring the bill. This approach doesn't prioritize the customer; It 's more about your convenience in settling bills promptly. On the evening of my return to the hotel around 9 PM, I had to honk three times before security came to remove the car fence and provide a parking card. Finally, on the last day, I called to order a hot coffee and some water. Again, they brought the coffee and informed me that they'd inform housekeeping about the water. What! A 5-star hotel shouldn't overlook such small details that can significantly impact the customer experience. I had to wait for 15-20 minutes just to get water after being served coffee. While I appreciate the quality amenities and spacious rooms, along with ample parking space, it 's essential to understand that service is paramount in elevating a hotel to a 5-star level and beyond. I've stayed at many hotels in this category around here, and they consistently provide service of a higher quality."
