Comfortable and clean hotel, and close to shopping centers.

Breakfast is still very lacking. Lack of variety, all good except breakfast should be increased price and breakfast improved, restaurant is very good with pleasant view but food choices are very lacking

Formosa still exists until now showing optimism that it will be as successful as before. Improve the service especially the receptionist is more friendly and humble, with almost 500 rooms of course there must be an electric kettle and coffee, sugar and tea sachets.

Very comfortable especially for families. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and only in this hotel maybe 3 beds in 1 room available so it's nice if there are a lot of people

just a suggestion for the future, the breakfast menu should be more varied, maybe there is salad, omelet or liquid milk. but don't worry, the food is delicious.

The first time I stayed here, the air conditioner was hot even though there were 2 air conditioners in the room and the second time I stayed here, the air conditioner was completely cold because there was a running event at the KONI field because there was a room type for 4 people so they wouldn't be separated and it was also suitable for families.

The room is spacious and clean, in fact I got a room with a corner, there is no outside view, even the window is only decorative because there is no access to see the outside atmosphere. It's ok

The receptionist was not very friendly, I booked a double room but got a twin room 😅 It's funny

It was great staying at Formosa. The one to be improved is to provide standard toiletries (sanity bag, shower cap, comb, etc).

This is the second time staying here, all the staff are friendly, the room is comfortable, clean, spacious according to the type and quite affordable. The water is smooth, the room is non-smoking and most importantly there is no disturbing cigarette smell. The location is very good.

The water heater is not functioning optimally, the breakfast menu is very minimal.
