Comfortable hotel, strategic location, comfortable pool not hot, very cool view. But parking needs to be added so that the car does not get hot outside, food variants need to be added.

The staff are all friendly and polite, there are many foods that are not available now, usually there is Coto, gado2, boiled Indomie, but they are no longer available 🤭🤭

For me the mattress is not comfortable, not soft (body aches). The parking lot is also small so you have to park outside the hotel area. But overall the hotel is okay, located in the city center.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the check-in and check-out process is very fast, the view is really cool, the food is varied and delicious, my mother is very happy to be invited to staycation at Vasaka Hotel, the room is clean and spacious, the hallway to the room is very fragrant, the housekeeping on the 12th floor is very friendly, I forgot the name of the man, hehehe, it is highly recommended for a vacation with family, thank you Vasaka Hotel 🤗🤗🤗

Hotel with cool view, responsive staff. The downside is, there is no refrigerator in the room, breakfast is less varied and some of the bread is moldy. The pool area is not guarded, there are glasses that fall and break, no one cleans them.
