The location is quite strategic. But the rooms should be renovated to increase the value considering this is a 4-star hotel.

I stayed during the Eid holiday and took 3 rooms 3 rooms did not provide mats (had to ask for them first) 2 rooms had TVs that did not work and the hot water in the toilet did not work (there was no large mirror in the toilet) 1 room had a broken shower faucet The bed still had hair falling out and the mattress was no longer soft The only good breakfast was fried food, omelettes and mini martabak The good ones: Parking is quite spacious Rooms are quite spacious

The pool view is nice. The room is also nice.

The billiard and karaoke facilities cannot be used yet, otherwise everything is okay.

Actually the hotel is okay, I just got a room that looked like it was not well maintained (the walls were chipped, the shower head came off when I was using it but when I reported it, it was replaced with a new one, they forgot to give me a towel and a bathroom mat, there was no telephone in the room whereas the other rooms had one, there was also no TV cable, when I complained it had just been installed but the broadcast was mediocre), my mother's room also had a leak in the bathroom, hopefully the maintenance can be paid more attention to

the food is varied, swimming pool and there is a hot water shower. the distance to tourist attractions in Lembang is close via shortcuts, around the hotel there are also many culinary delights, basically you won't regret staying at Grand Arjuna.
