The room is quite good, the hotel location is not very accessible to food vendors.

The downside is because we stayed on Monday, there was no buffet for breakfast so it was brought to the table and the menu was limited. We were also surprised because usually when staying at other hotels, even though it's not the weekend, they still serve a buffet and a variety of menus. The use of the swimming pool is also limited to 16.00, maybe because it shares the cafe's opening hours. It's just not nice to swim during the day, especially since the pool is on the rooftop. The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear the sound from the next room. The staff are friendly. Especially the security guard who is on duty from morning to evening, diligently reprimands me if I sit below. The facilities can be improved so that they are not inferior to other hotels.

The room is comfortable and the interior is quite cozy. You can Netflix. But it is not soundproof enough. The sound of footsteps in the room above is very audible. Even the sound from the next room can be heard. The bathroom sink is broken and has to be turned from below. Breakfast is still far away. There are menu choices but they are not complete. The taste is also lacking. For a price of 500 thousand, there are other hotels that have much more varied and delicious breakfasts. The value for breakfast is 6/10.

Check in time was tiring, I queued for 1 hour. I wanted to use an iron, but the iron didn't arrive, and the food was also very far away. I ordered a suite room and didn't get good service, and the room was just so-so.

Just nice experience to stay but first time got experience automatically black out all electric in bedroom when check out time without any information from receptionist.. parking area limited ..

Overall was good. The air conditioner needs improvement because when we stayed the temperature in the room was not cold even though the room was small and the air outside was cold because of the rain. The cafe above is very nice and comfortable with live music there, but the staff is not focused on customers because they often seem to be playing on their cellphones. Security not alert enough and didn't want to help even though we looked heavy carrying things up the stairs. Breakfast so so but the good things is wafel station and dimsum I like it. Process check-in was good even though it didn't provide detailed information to us about our benefits include breakfast or not bla bla but Overall the hotel building is nice, the interior is very nice and contemporary and minimalist. Service is not satisfactory and impolite 😡😡

Too noisy, maybe soundproofing can be added so that guest activities do not disturb guests in other rooms. The staff's performance is also very incapable of providing comfort/peace to guests with the constraints of the facilities provided.

The room's AC was leaking so the floor was wet, the chairs in the room were about to come loose, the bathroom water hole was clogged
