New resort at the top with fresh vibes is perfect for healing because the theme is really back to nature. There is an aesthetic Indian glamping type. And I stayed at the Anthurium villa. Complete facilities can cook and the living room and kitchen are separate from the bed. Actually, this villa is very comfortable, but when I went there it was raining and leaking. It's a shame that the resort has only been open for a few months but it's already leaking. Plus, the wifi internet was dead until morning when it turned back on. Because of the smart system, I had to use an internet connection to call reception. Finally, I walked to the front of the lobby in the rain. I complained but the response took a long time. Maybe it's understandable because it's still new. Overall, the place is the best, maybe the service needs to be improved and fixed again. Oh yeah, if you stay here, try the meatballs in front of the resort, they're delicious, the guy is also very friendly.

The place is highly recommended, clean, the staff are very helpful and respond quickly, comfortable for a staycation with the family, of course we will come back another time, thank you Terrace Bhumi.

The location is not far from the Ciawi highway, the place is super spacious, kids friendly (kids pool, adult pool, hot tub, playground, car rental) cool glamping, facilities. Super complete (complete kitchen equipment minus rice cooker, refrigerator, hot water flask, hair dryer, water heater), advice if you want to come here, bring food from home (if you want to have a BBQ here, just rent out the equipment), there is also a restaurant here and the food is also delicious, and the good thing here is that for those who have children, you don't need an extra bed anymore, it's provided and for the 4 of me (2 adults, 2 children aged 6 and 7 years) it's really enough. It's really cool, maybe I'll come back here again next time 🤩 suggestion: prepare a rice cooker 😁 (but luckily I brought it 🤭)

The service of all staff is good, starting from security guards, receptionists, pick-up and drop-off staff and buggy car transportation, great pool staff (keep it up, please), facilities ranging from rooms, swimming pools, playgrounds, buggy car transportation, places to eat, places to hang out, mountain and river views are very cool. RECOMMENDED, clean and aesthetic rooms (you must follow the rule that you should never eat in the room because there will be lots of ants so you can eat outside, there are indeed seats prepared near the room or below), and it is very helpful with the presence of a dispenser outside the room for mothers who have toddlers to make MPASI or milk / fathers who want to drink tea, coffee, and drink cold water 💕💕

We were looking for a pet friendly resort for our Lebaran staycation, so glad that we found this place. I would say that the selection of the furnitures and amenities are the best so far. Not only clean, all with good qualities and thoughtful design. This is the first time I stayed in accommodation which provides complimentary snacks and tea for soaking in the bath tub. The toilet also got a seat warmer. The surrounding is lush, neat and comfortable to walk or play with our dogs. We even cooked our food in the provided kitchen and had a dinner picnic in the dining area beside the river. This what made our staycation fun and memorable. At nights they set a bonfire near the river. During our stay, there were Korean families enjoyed the bonfire. Overall we really enjoyed our staycation there and will definitely revisit with our dogs ☺👍🏼.

Why not paying for by credit card? I was disappointed when I paying for something it 's added additional 1.5 % usage credit card.

This is the second time my family has stayed here. A suitable vacation spot for children and parents. Facilities can be used by all ages. Jogging track or for cycling are also available. There is a volleyball court and lots of large land as well as gardens. The air is cool, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Never get bored of coming here and will definitely come again in the future.

The place is very comfortable and clean, the service is also friendly, but it's a shame that guests are allowed to bring small dogs, it makes our child afraid. In the future, please pay more attention.

The hotel is highly recommended because all the staff are very helpful. Our family and I stayed overnight during the Eid holiday yesterday and were stuck in an 18 hour traffic jam at Puncak, but the hotel staff was very helpful and picked us up to get an alternative way to the hotel. Really appreciate.

Glamping seru dengan fasilitas yang super nyaman dan cukup, hanya saja kalau siang panas ya. Dan untuk kolam rennagnya luas sekal,i tidak takut berdekatan dengan tamu lain. Dan juga dari parkir ke area glamping tidak jauh dan ada fasilitas buggy car🤗

Top banget bakal nginep lagi sih. Padahal ga dapat yang snail/dome tapi akhirnya malah demen di bunkbed dan berakhir extend. Dekor, detail 👍 sampe perlatan makan, kitchen, pelayanannya juga semua oke banget, ramah-ramah dan sigap 🎉 kalo ada acara si bakal ajak seseruan sini aja. 🫰

A perfect staycation with my family! Jangan tertipu sama konsep "glamping" karena nginep di sini beneran berasa 5 star experience. Mulai dari transportasi golf cart yang hanya boleh masuk area resort, semua fasilitas yang well-maintained mulai dari pool, playground area. Staff nya yang super ramah dan gercep. Private kitchen yang super lengkap dan semua amenities yang beneran berasa thoughtful sekali. Shoutout to Mas Aan yang tugas di FO selama aku stay, selalu ramah dan sangat thoughtful (well, ini dari satpam sampe gardener pun seramah itu) Auto langsung plan balik sini lagi ngajak keluarga besar dan geng kantor! The. Best. Staycation. Ever! (Masukan dikit, would be great kalau kulkasnya bukan yang mini. Karena ga ada sarapan, dan kitchen-nya super lengkap peralatannya, agak susah mau nyimpen bahan makanan)

Menyenangkan menginap di teras bhumi cisarua bogor, lokasi bagus! Kelengkapan selama menginap mohon ditambah seperti rice cooker serta include breakfast selama periode menginap. Terima kasih dan salam.
