The towels are dirty in color. The exhaust in the bathroom is clogged. The water in the bathroom smells bad.

The staff are friendly and OK, was here for a short visit to get some rest, didn't try the swimming pool, but overall OK for resting. The water quality might be a bit weird? but idk if it's something from this region or not. Breakfast consists mostly Indonesian food, but it's included full course meal from snack appetizer full meal to dessert.

The facilities are quite complete, the bathroom and room are clean. The breakfast is also quite complete. It's really okay.

The sheets were not very clean, and attention should be paid to small details.

Shower water stinks, smells bad. Sinks water Brown. Toilet doesn't flush all. Toilet keeps flowing. When showering the whole bathroom gets wet, no shower door

friendly hotel staff, fast check in and out. the room is quite big and clean. spacious car park. adequate facilities. there is a swimming pool but didn't have time to try it. the location is right in the middle of Mojokerto city.

The water in the 2nd floor room is really weird. Even though the hotel is nice.

hotel room towels are stale, & a bit smelly,, the color is not white anymore & rough with a bit torn edges, drinking water is not available in the room, you have to take it from the dispenser outside the room.

The hotel is located in the city center. The breakfast is delicious & there are quite a lot of choices. The room is quite big. Only the AC is not cold enough & the bathroom floor is not slanted enough so when taking a shower the water overflows a bit. Overall it's okay for the price we paid 👍🏿.

Good, friendly staff, will come here again if I go to Mojokerto.
