I can't stay because my flight to Balikpapan on Friday, April 4, 2025 was canceled due to the airline canceling the flight without notice. Unfortunately, the stay schedule cannot be rescheduled.

The hotel location is close to shopping and culinary centers. Staying with family is quite comfortable. Only the writing breakfast for 3 people needs to be fixed, not like in the application.

Several times staying here, this time very disappointed. The female receptionist was unfriendly, the deluxe room that I ORDERED & PAID A WEEK ago on Traveloka did not have a bathtub. The receptionist's excuse was that it was sold out. And I was placed in a room with a connecting door. The guest next door (room 526) was very noisy, making calls loudly and for a long time. Oh my God. your service this time is very very bad !!

Comfortable, quiet, and close to food vendors. Parking is a bit difficult because the road is uphill.

Everything is great except the wifi is slow, the TV broadcast is bad.
