The location is not too far from Taman Anggrek Mall and Central Park. The room is clean and tidy.

Nice room, clean, tidy, fragrant, friendly staff.

I've stayed here several times, overall it's okay, but this time I was a little disappointed regarding the cleanliness of the room, there was still a lot of dust on the floor of the room and towels which I think are no longer suitable for use by guests because there were still dirty stains and towels that were a little tattered, fortunately the hotel was willing to accept complaints from users and immediately fix it up, and one more thing, I had already booked the desired room but was given a different room on the grounds that the booked room was not ready, I was afraid it would take too long, okay, it doesn't matter if I have to be given another room, it's just that the room given is not the same as the room that was booked, let alone the problem with the power outlet

The shower in this hotel is very strong. So it feels fresh after a long journey. For the cleanliness of the bed cover and pillow case is quite good, unfortunately the saliva or spit of the previous guests has penetrated the pillow, so please wash / clean the pillow (not just the pillow case that is washed).

The room condition is clean, the price is quite worth it for the location in the city center.

Not bad for a night's sleep. The downside is there is no elevator and no staff to help carry suitcases to the upper floor.

2 nights stay here: 1. Clean room & bathroom 2. Cold AC shivering 3. There is a wardrobe complete with hangers & there is camphor again 4. LED TV is already a smart TV, can watch Anime on Youtube 5. Smooth washbasin 6. There are clothes hangers in the bathroom 7. Complete amenities: 2 toothbrushes, 2 toothpaste, shampoo & body wash 8. Get 2 towels, clean & fragrant 9. The hot water is so hot that it only feels warm when turned down 10. The toilet flush is smooth, there is even a slider for washing 11. The room & bathroom lights are bright 12. The receptionists at night are kind & friendly. I checked in at 3 am and was still served in a friendly manner 13. The morning receptionist was also kind & friendly 14. The door is also easy to close without the drama of having to pull it using inner strength & easy to lock 15. The room is 206 16. The surrounding rooms are quiet, no noise even though the car park is full, meaning many rooms are occupied 17. WIFI is quite fast for watching Anime play smoothly 18. A mat is provided in front of the bathroom door 19. The price is less than 200K 20. Recommended

Got a room that looked like the AC had just been cleaned, 30' all night like at the poles, hahaha, nice experience, really worth this price.

Cleanliness and AC are good. However, it can be noted that the Netflix connection is not possible because the account is not logged out. Plus, the AC leaks into the wall, making the room smell a bit. But it's okay, next time I'll stay here again

Good value for money, close to areas I needed to visit.

This is probably the best accommodation with a very affordable price that I have ever visited. The room, blanket, bedsheet, clean. Other facilities with smart tv, free wifi, hot water, soap, towels are all available, in short, highly recommended to stay here 👍

Hotel Social Hub gives a very positive first impression with its clean and comfortable atmosphere. The room occupied is also very neat, clean, and fragrant. The hotel facilities are generally very adequate and satisfactory. However, there are some things that need to be fixed, such as the sink in the bathroom which is slightly tilted and there is a leak in the pipe, and the bathroom door lock is broken so it cannot be locked. Nevertheless, the service provided is very satisfactory, and overall I am very satisfied with my stay here. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
