In terms of facilities, it's okay, but I've been here several times but the service is long, waiting for check-in time is long. Guests have to wait for the room to be cleaned up first. Lack of sofas to wait.

Ms. Aisyah is very unfriendly. All the staff are friendly, even the security guards, only Ms. Aisyah who is on frontline duty is not friendly!!!

Please, Miss Aisyah, smile a little when you are with customers and don't discriminate when you want to check in. The real frontliner is only male and the manager, I forgot his name, the one with glasses, is very kind in explaining things in detail.

Got room no 202, the bathroom smelled so so bad, came out from the plumbing, asked the hotel to spray on it, was not helping, asked to move room but all rooms are occupied
