6 days stay was amazing

I stayed here for 3 days and was very satisfied with the atmosphere, service and comfort. At first I was not sure about this hotel, but it turned out to be no less comfortable than a 3-star hotel.

The hotel is clean, I stayed on the second floor, there is no elevator, but overall it is comfortable.

The room is comfortable. But if possible, the smoking area should not be in the corridor in front of the room, it is very disturbing for non-smokers.

Extended my stay here! Was pretty nice for the price. The only things the hotel can work to be better at is cleanliness (but honestly for the price it's not the worst) and for the staff to be a tiny bit more welcoming (please smile a bit).

Enjoyed my stay, very cozy and affordable. The cleanliness could be better though as I unfortunately found a roach in the room. Other than the cleanliness, which btw is not the worst for a room with this price, I really liked the place and even extended my stay here.

Disappointing right. 1. There was absolutely no concern from the hotel staff. We came by car in front of the hotel in heavy rain to check in. 10 minutes no staff helped even though there were security and staff "smoking" near us. Until we had to call them, they were too lazy to help. 2. After checking in at the lobby, we took our suitcases from the car, the position to take the suitcases we brought our own umbrellas and carried the suitcases ourselves. Heavy rain and the staff were still smoking beside. 3. The car was asked to be valet parked, as far as we know the valet parked and picked up. It turned out that we also took the car ourselves from the valet on the other side with a high parking lot. As a result, the car fell when we got out because we didn't know the terrain. 4. The bathroom was very dirty and there were earthworms coming out of the water hole. 5. We ordered fried rice at 8 am, it turned out the pantry wasn't open yet. As far as we know, shouldn't the pantry be ready? Sorry but it seems like it's not ready to be a hotel. If we could give a score of 0, we would give it 0 out of 10.

The simplicity of Masri Living attracts me so much, and also its strategic location. It's in the heart of one of the busiest neighbourhood of Yogyakarta, and yet it's quiet and relaxing. Also it has basic necessities of an accomodation.

The place is clean and comfortable, the staff is also friendly.

The service is good, I arrived at the hotel at 12 but was already able to check in, it was perfect when I was tired and brought my child to go straight into the room without waiting, the staff service was very friendly. The room was nice, clean, fragrant. There is a large table to put suitcases that can fit 2 suitcases, this really helps without having to bend over on the floor. The location is a bit far from the city, but close if you want to go towards Kaliurang. Hopefully the cleanliness and service can be maintained. Oh yeah, the rooms on the 2nd floor are a mix of concrete and plywood, but it's still okay, just because I brought my child I was afraid the sound of the child would disturb the neighbors.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean.

Just a step from the north ringroad/Kentungan intersection so it is very close to the culinary center. The room size turned out to be wider than my expectations, there were lots of electrical plugs in strategic locations 🫶🏻.

Arrived at 3 pm but it turned out that the room was not ready even though the check-in time was at 2 and still had to wait another 25 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Upon entering, the room is not big, but the ambience is comfortable, only the blanket is dirty with yellow spots and the pillowcase is torn.

The first day the bathroom shower didn't work properly.

Clean rooms, clean hotel environment. There was a bit of criticism that the parking area opposite was not cleaned enough. There is still rubbish and the flies get ticklish when you want to get into the car.

Clean, comfortable, only the sheets had stains but asked to be replaced straight away, the service was friendly and fast.

I had a wonderful stay at Masri Living. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always greeted me warmly, which made me feel very welcome. They even offered me an early check-in, which I greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable and provided a pleasant environment throughout my stay. The only minor issue was that the hexos hole was not yet installed, which raised a question for me. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. I highly recommend Masri Living for its excellent service and comfort.
