The hotel tends to be well maintained and has easy access to the city. Will definitely come back if I stop by Semarang again.

strategic location but congested because it is close to the mall service is ok and friendly. Rooms and towels are clean. There is a playground for children. There is a mini gym but the equipment needs to be replaced with a stronger one

There is no partition door for the bathroom area and the room, so it looks muddy and dirty. And it smells when someone defecates. Access to the hotel is blocked by mall visitors in front of the hotel and the mall parking area

Overall okay, just the breakfast menu is not too extensive, but still okay. The junior suite has a nice view

We came during a super long weekend, the receptionist was very quick, the hotel was quite clean, only the ambiance was all black so it felt dark to me. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the parking lot and access to the lobby, we happened to bring a fairly large car, to drop off our parents in the lobby was a bit difficult, the car had to go back and forth because it was very narrow. Then the parking lot was also small, so we had to use valet, because all the cars were parked in piles. But the valet attendant was quite alert.

Very relaxing! All the staff are very friendly, the room is comfortable, the food is very good. It was a great vacation.

I chose this hotel because of its location. Just very near to shopping centers and city's landmarks. But unfortunately access to hotel was quite difficult. There were hundreds of motorcycles parked on the side of the narrow access road making it so difficult to get through. And a big was cement truck suddenly appeared from the opposite side, gave me such a hassle to get to hotel. Good thing that the hotel staffs were so helpful with the valet service so I didn't have to set for another battle of finding a parking spot. The hotel itself was quite nice, I had a short one night stay here. I was given a smoking room, even though I didn't ask for it. They then sprayed some aerosol stuffs to reduce the smoking smell. But I had good rest at night. Bathroom area had separate doors for shower and toilet. I would suggest to remove both doors and put just one door separating the bathroom and bedroom area though. Staffs were friendly and helpful especially during check in and check out. I didn't had breakfast there since I preferred to check out early and find breakfast in the city. Overall it was an okay experience

Everything is OK. The hotel staff service is very friendly, the bed in the room is very big, bringing 2 children is satisfied with the bed. Breakfast is not the best but it is more than enough.

Definitely come back to Awann Sewu because of this service. Because I often go out of town for work so I don't have time to taste the city's culinary specialties, GoFood is the solution Price: Reasonable price, especially if you don't order too close 😂 Location: City center, near the mall, close to everywhere

Unprofessional staff, who ordered a deluxe king bed but were given twin beds and then blamed the customer even though the booking had been made a long time ago because there were only 2 rooms available at the time of booking.
