The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. Next time I have a vacation in Ancol, I will definitely stay at Grand Dafam again 😊

Room and bathroom facilities should be given more attention and kept clean.

Everything is okay, very satisfied with the price, the room is spacious, only one thing, maybe because it's an old building, is that the sink in the bathroom has been replaced with a new one, but if I go to Ancol I will definitely go there again, thank you.

Cons: The hot water comes out small. If you confirm check in early, communication by chat is fast response.

The downside is that there is no more microwave… but the electric stove and cooking utensils are still there.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, only the second time I got a room where the door was difficult to open from the outside and from the inside. The door couldn't even be locked, I ordered food and the service was very slow, about 1.5 hours more with the excuse that it was still busy, what I regret is that when the food was delivered the soup and rice were already very cold so it wasn't nice to enjoy.

The hotel is old, the towels and sheets are worn and dull.

checkin time had to queue for a long time. there were many guests, but only two checkin counters were open. taking the elevator was also quite a queue because only two elevators were functioning. the stove in the kitchen could not be used because the plug was broken. wanted to connect it to another plug, the cable did not reach

Stay here while enjoying the Green Day concert. The room is very spacious, making it suitable for living with family.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the hotel is so old. Many rooms and furniture need to be renovated and replaced, bathrooms, sinks, flushes. If there is no renovation, it will lose to hotels around Ancol with prices that are not far away but the facilities, rooms, all are still good.

Great experience. Spacious room but there are some stains on the bedsheets, breakfast is okay with lots of variety but the service is a bit slow.

Very old and not maintained room. Uncomfortable bed. Lots of dust and mold on the walls
