We bought villa carmela but were given another villa.. the staff said we were upgraded to their newest villa... In fact we were lied to, moved to villa rosemary which is not part of carmela management. Our original unit which was actually sold to another guest.. what a bad management.. vacation was ruined, it was a waste to book so far in advance.. how can a management like carmela deceive its customers by saying we requested 2 bathrooms but were given another villa that is not their villa. Try to check the staff and management. When paying for the floaties, it was not under the name of a company but an individual.

Very bad villa management.. our villa was moved to another villa that is not part of Carmela... the staff lied that it was their newest villa when in fact it was Villa Rosemary (not a villa from Carmela villa management).. terrible

The hotel is really nice, even though the wifi was down for a while, the staff were really quick, the pool is pretty clean because there are trees with dirt and leaves coming down so it's easy to get dirty again, but it's not the staff's fault.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is fragrant and clean. Suitable for staycation and family vacation

Really worth the price, the villa is spacious, the cleanliness is top notch, the swimming pool water is clear and doesn't smell chemical. The check in check out process was smooth, assisted by Mas Mildan, friendly + helpful 👌.

Friendly staff. Strategic location and quite easy to reach. Secure parking. Complete facilities, from living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. Suggestion: don't just have 1 mat, add another 1, it will be really great.

Had a staycation at Villa Carmela, it turned out to be really good, according to what was on ig 👌🏻🤍 The service and cleanliness are very good. What is certain is that it is very comfortable to stay here with family. And the location of the villa is also very close to the All Jatim Park tourist spot, so it is highly recommended for those who are looking for a villa near tourist spots around Batu City ✨

One of the best villas in Batu, super comfortable, family friendly, spacious rooms, Kingkoil springbeds in each room are super soft, super duper comfortable, cold AC in all rooms, all TVs can Netflix, YouTube, there is a living room with a super good TV too, if you want to cook, there are complete eating and cooking utensils, there is a refrigerator with a freezer that can be used to store breast milk, and really good service, worth it for the price. The villa is really cool, top notch, starting from the check-in process, the lobby is small but cool and fragrant, the bell boy who brought the goods from the parking lot with a cute trolley like an all-track vehicle. Responsive service when there is a request for additional mats, there are often promos so you can stay here again.
