They know how to do hospitality but not about professionalism. Overall such the room, pool, facilities are great but please I don't want to give bad reviews but unfortunately, I need to do this. My fiance and I booked 4D3N, but in bad luck, my fiance missed his flight. I called the agent and the hotel to make a cancellation but they said couldn't. Then okay I paid once checked in for 4D3N in "cash by debit card". And suddenly the next day the hotel said to me only give me 3D2N for the room, I was shocked and they give me such a reason that needed me to understand their situation even tho it was not okay, and they promise to give me a 1-day refund. The refund I asked when I check out, and they said will transfer, I asked again for cash and they insisted to transfer by bank account asap. Then I was okay and moved to another hotel. And until this time no refund transfer going to my account, I called the hotel and they said can't do today because it's sunday. What, after I moving to another hotel and everything they said?
