Old building, cozy and spacious rooms, strategic location.

good and friendly service, just want to add, last night I stayed but didn't sleep well because my body felt itchy, I don't know whether the sheets were replaced with new ones or not 🙏🙏 even though I've often stayed here, and this is my family's favorite hotel, this is the first time I've experienced an itchy body while sleeping

All rooms are smoking said the receptionist. Not suitable for children. No blanket. Application says king bed, wrong application.

So far so good worth it for that price

Lacking a blanket, I ended up using a bed sheet instead.

The room is uncomfortable and stuffy. And the interior seems to have been owned for a long time and renovated haphazardly. Cockroaches are everywhere. The room is not clean enough. Sorry, it would be better to have a room tour before checking in. If yes, then pay. I occupied a family room on the 9th floor. And only lasted 2-3 hours then we moved hotels.

Benakutai hotel has a vintage atmosphere but does not leave a modern impression. Family friendly, pocket friendly, clean, comfortable car parking. Will be my and my family's favorite hotel when going to Balikpapan.

Even on Eid day, the hotel staff served me in a friendly manner, all you can eat for 40 thousand rupiahs/pack, free and easy to access wifi, spacious lobby while waiting for the check out process, I have stayed here 3 times.

The room was pretty bad for the sky-high price. When I first entered, the light in the mirror was off and I immediately reported it to the receptionist. When I returned that night, the main light near the bed couldn't be turned off. Luckily, my child had a bullet, stuck to my bed, so I couldn't care less that it was bright and I could still sleep. The bathroom's aura was really strong, making me dizzy. It wasn't soundproof, so the sounds of people closing the door outside could be heard, so it was a bit disturbing.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are quite clean.

My favorite hotel. The place is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the hotel is old but makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly, especially Mr. Bald, hehehe. The price is very friendly. Not as scary as on social media. In fact, it's very homey. Hopefully Benakutai will continue to be successful. More and more successful.
