Hotel overall was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I came too early but still manage to enter the room earlier than check-in time. Only for room pool it is to shallow and no information about it when booked it, or maybe i was not check properly. Food was OK with various options, local, indian and western food. Kuta beach now not that nice, but night life still same like old days.

Clean, nice, fun, friendly, good for vacation

The location is very strategic, right in front of the beach, so just cross over. Although the building looks old, the rooms are newly renovated so they are more comfortable and modern. The room size is very adequate, with two sinks. There is tea and coffee available all day for hotel guests. The rooftop pool is great for watching the sunset.

Always the best…. Next time I will stay here again, it is close to everywhere, especially Kuta beach, just cross the road

Great Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

Access to tourist destinations is very easy and fast, especially if you want to go to Kuta beach, just cross the street (point 10). 2 nights stay was hampered by the hot water for bathing not being able to come out optimally, so the water was still cold (point 6) The staff was quite friendly when serving guests (point 9).

The hotel staff was very helpful when we left our luggage after checking in. When we returned to the hotel, our luggage was already in the room.

Setiap liburan di kuta suka menginap di kuta heritage kamar yang nyaman, bersih, luas, tidak berisik dan langsung menghadap pantai kuta.

Kamarnya bagus. Pegawainya ramah. Nyaman dan menyenangkan.

Pelayanan yang sangat baik. Dari petugas keamanan, front desk, sampai housekeeping, semua sangat hepful dan friendly. Lokasi super strategis, di seberang pantai Kuta. Great experience!

Kamarnya enak nyaman & bersih. Pelayanannya juga bagus. Breakfast juga lumayan. Hanya parkirannya yang membingungkan 😂 gak ada parkir di teras hotel harus ke basment lewat samping.
