The hotel is located in the Darmo area which is an area near the city center of Surabaya, the room conditions are good and clean, the car park is also spacious.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

I will definitely choose this hotel again if visiting Surabaya. The friendliest hotel staffs ever, the food was great, the room was spacious, anything you need can be provided right away and fast. Super worth the price and the location is near to attractions and malls.

The staff is friendly. The children had the chance to take pictures with Mario Bros and were given character balloons. The swimming pool has clean water, although there were staff cutting branches next to it.

So far all so good, except, when I came at 5.30, first front office had informed me, if available a room before 13.00, I can entered to the room. At 7.30, I asked to the second front office, I asked, may be I have a chance to go my room, she said, you can go to inside my room by buy one room again. Does she said like that?

Good service, the staff immediately replaced the leaking shower, the food is delicious and very varied. The location is near Bungkul Park and the main road.

All the staff are friendly and always greet you. The breakfast is delicious, especially the spicy fried chicken. Thank you also to the operator who called me, I forgot her name, who was friendly during the check-in process.

It was a pleasure staying there, it was just a shame that when we arrived there was renovation going on so the lobby seating was not very comfortable.

The hotel staff are all helpful, friendly, nice, clean and the room atmosphere is comfortable. TV facilities have Netflix so you can chill in the room.

The hotel staff is very friendly, but for the facilities it seems they need to be improved such as the refrigerator is not cold, the water heater is not too hot, the gym equipment needs maintenance because the cable on the gym machine needs maintenance, besides there is no tissue for the room. For cleanliness and others it is good.
