1. When I wanted to check in, I was told to wait 40 minutes because the room had not been cleaned (I checked in at 14.03), there were no prayer room facilities in the hotel, so I ended up looking for a prayer room behind the hotel. The room was also not confirmed. Initially, the receptionist said that the rooms above were full, the empty ones were on the ground floor. After praying, the receptionist said that on the 2nd floor there was a free room without windows, more soundproof. Finally, we chose the 2nd floor so it wouldn't be noisy, because it was right next to the Bungurasih terminal.
2. The cleanliness was quite good, there were only a few air fresheners that no longer had any fragrance but were still hanging. So it didn't smell very good.
3. The facilities were quite complete for a budget hotel. I got a king size room, there was a TV with quite a lot of channels, a hot shower, a sink, a cupboard with lots of compartments, a safe, a mini fridge but it wasn't cold at all. There was no water heater, but if you needed hot water to drink, you could ask for it from the dispenser in the lobby. 4. friendly staff and cleaning staff
5. outside noise can still be heard from inside the room (bus bell, train bell, hallway noise). and during my 2 nights stay, there was a sound from who knows where it came from like a clock bell in a mosque, IYKWIM like "tenggg, tenggg" repeatedly which was quite loud in the middle of the night.
6. the location is very strategic. close to waru station, bungurasih bus terminal, provincial office areas such as BKN KANREG II Jatim, etc. suitable for those who want to take CPNS or P3K tests.
7. the price is affordable
8. overall, for a budget hotel class I highly recommend this hotel. continued success, and hopefully more attention to client comfort☺☺
