The location is strategic but unfortunately the facilities are not well maintained and cleanliness is also lacking.

Please improve the cleanliness, the room still smells of cigarette smoke.

Kamarnya jorok, bau banget pesing, sprei ada bekas noda, reception ga ramah, udah buat nunggu satu jam setengah tapi tidak ada permintaan maaf sama sekali, air ga nyala, AC kurang dingin.

Honest review, bad experience, dirty rooms are not maintained, floors are wet and there are puddles, bathroom tap water is black and dirty. It's enough for me to stay here once.

The location is strategic, close to the culinary and hawker center, the receptionist is friendly and informative. But the bathroom door didn't work properly, the tv didn't turn on either, the bed had insects on it, in the bathroom sink there were also small insects. Maybe in the future more attention can be paid and improved regarding the cleanliness of the room and its facilities.

Mohon maaf saya harus sampaikan kamarnya bau sekali apalagi kamar mandinya. Tempatnya juga pengap banget. Mungkin pihak hotel bisa lebih aware untuk hal ini. Terima kasih sebelumnya.

Tempat bagus, bersih dan nyaman, tapi saya check in sebelum jam 12.00 padahal sudah saya permintaan khusus tapi masih aja kena cash 50ribu. Mahal cash nya (air kadang keluar kadang tidak keluar).
