Very disappointing. We cancel our stay, even if we cannot get a refund. Living condition deplorable, unhealthy, delapidated, dirty, unsafe etc. We hope Traveloka can be kind enough to cancel and not to charge our booking 🤲🏽🤞🏽🙏🏽

Good service, clean, friendly. The location is close to Botani Mall. Around the hotel there are many foods.

There are no new towels, the condition of the room floor is dirty and dusty. The sheets and blankets look like they haven't been changed and there's a lot of sand. Even though the place is nice, there are lots of trees in the middle of the city center. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

The bedsheets had lots of unclear slime marks and it looked like they hadn't been changed so it was really dirty. It was cheap but it wasn't that bad so I moved to the same room and stayed there.

It's quite far from the parking lot. The service is not good. The facilities are bad, there is no wifi, no TV remote, no soap. The condition of the room and the bed are not comfortable. The cleanliness is just so-so.

The condition of the walls is dirty with lots of stains, the sheets are rarely changed, the divan is sagging, the bottom of the divan is very dirty, the room smells, there is no air freshener, no towels. If it's for sleeping and it's cheap, it's okay, but if you're looking for comfort, it's not recommended.

2x changed rooms because: 1. The bathroom light was off and didn't turn on at all 2. The second room the AC was off even though it was on. The bed was not comfortable at all and very noisy Especially at 2/3 am it was also very noisy, someone was knocking on the room, chatting and who knows what, so it was a bit difficult to rest

The twin bed room is nice, clean, unfortunately there are no chairs.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and the water that is not working should be taken into account, yesterday the shower was not working and there was no water, the Nusalink website system is being repaired, I had already made a booking when I arrived but I couldn't enter because the room was full, if it was full it should have been rejected from the system at the beginning, I was from Jakarta on duty in Bogor to rest but instead an unpleasant incident happened.

The location is strategic, cleanliness is improved, replace the TV remote or TV that is no longer suitable, please replace the bed sheets and maintain their sterility.

1. Towels are provided. 2. The mattress is broken (squeaky). 3. When there is a complaint, blame the customer. 4. The receptionist is not friendly. 5. The AC is not cold enough. 6. When checking in, there was no explanation regarding the rules, wifi password, and others. 7. Not soundproof when doing activities in the next room. 8. If there is a problem with the room, there is no front office telephone service so you have to go down to the 1st floor even though it is on the 3rd floor (back and forth).

Don't do it, kid :) 1. Dirty room. 2. Rickety bed. This is really dangerous! 3. Dirty bathroom. 4. When I said thank you, the staff just kept quiet. 5. If you want to open a booking, this hotel is the perfect place. Just don't do it.
