Highly recommended, I will stay here again when I have another assignment in Surabaya.

The room is very spacious, there is AC and water heater, outside the room there is also a drink dispenser and a mini kitchen but I don't know if it works or not, there is also a sofa to sit outside, the atmosphere of the room is old-fashioned but still aesthetic wkw, in the middle of the city, only minus the Indomaret and the food places are hard to pass if you walk, the hotel is friendly for big families, thank you for the service :)

It is very safe to live here and the location is very strategic for going anywhere.

Strategic location, close to the city hall and the center of the crowd. For facilities are quite comfortable although the furniture and building seem old. The TV is still a tube TV (but the screen is flat), already using STB. It's quite okay for a guest house, especially just for a place to rest or transit.

Like the previous review, the outside looks like an ordinary house, yes it is indeed a guest house, from the inside it really matches the picture. Access to the city center and close if you want to go anywhere. The bathroom facility that I like the most, the hot water is really hot. The downside is, the TV doesn't turn on and the access door still has to be opened and closed by the staff, maybe for security reasons, but it's a bit awkward to get in and out.

Really like. The hotel is clean and the toilet doesn't smell like anything, there is a warm shower too, and the air conditioning is really cold. If you go to Srby, don't forget to stop by Soerabaja Place. The person on guard is also friendly. All places are clean. There's a place to eat too, it feels like you're at home 🤗 and it's exactly the same as in the photo.

For an overnight stay at that price, it's suitable. Easy access to everywhere.

Hotel staff is friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are also clean. The AC is very cold. It's really delicious. It's just a bit difficult to find a place to eat, there are no food stalls near the home stay.

At first glance from the front it looks like an ordinary house & closed fence. Doesn't look like a homestay. But after entering it was quite surprising because the service was friendly & we got a welcome drink. & inside it was clean & looked good this homestay. Thank you for the satisfying service.

A fairly clean place to stay, clean bathroom, good warm water, hot water available for drinking coffee, affordable price, location close to city hall.
