The room is big because it's an apartment version, but the lights are not bright enough so it's dim. It gives a scary impression. Especially if you're alone.

parking is too far, staff takes a long time to help, cleanliness of room facilities such as cupboards is lacking, food is ok, tastes good and varied

The room smells, there are lots of cockroaches, the AC is really hot!, the dispenser is dirty, the microwave is dirty. For those who have babies, please think twice before staying here! Very disappointed!

If you stay here for a day, it's definitely not enough, at least 2 nights so you can enjoy it.. It's easy to get snacks downstairs, there's Indomart and Family Mart, complete with everything, even chilies and onions, so you can cook because there's a teflon pan and stove in the room, the kids also feel at home because the room is spacious, I'll take the 2 bedroom one btw.. Hopefully I can come back soon

Thank you to Ms. Bilqis (reception). Prepared the room as requested. Access to the swimming pool is closed when it rains. It can be opened when the rain stops. This makes the children disappointed.

nice view city building. spacious 2br room, for family staycation is really good. bfast is okay, food variety is enough. but unfortunately the fried rice is cold. the chicken porridge is delicious. cleanliness of the bedroom can be improved. so far okay, have had 2x family staycation here. the price is very affordable for 2br, in peak season of lebaran like this. thank you

Price 1 million / night for a very poorly maintained room. 4 star hotel feels like jasmine class. AC is not cold and tends to be hot. Dirty bathroom. and dirty sheets. Empty gallon of water, have to ask for new ones. Every month I always stay in 4 star hotels and above and meeting ballrooms, but this is very disappointing. Horison Ultima Samarinda is better than in downtown Jakarta. Not Recommended at all!

The floor area of the room is so easily accessible to others, the elevator is not equipped with an access card.

I took the Horison Suite (3 bedrooms), when I checked in I requested a room that was a bit cleaner because some reviews were not good. And thankfully I got a fairly clean room but the room was dusty because I sneezed when there was a lot of dust. The facilities are lacking, there are no pans and the number of cutlery is limited. Parking is also in the next building so you have to walk to the hotel. There is an Indomart and Family Mart if you need to shop. The swimming pool and public areas are clean and well-maintained. So far it's fun, although the level of cleanliness of the room and the sheets are dull in color need to be upgraded.

The room was bigger than I expected, so I loved it. But in the bathroom the mirror was not clean.

The horror aura is very strong, the uncomfortable atmosphere makes you want to hurry up and get morning. The AC is leaking, dripping, old furniture

The room was a bit scary because all the furniture was old, the signal was bad, and the electrical equipment suddenly died. I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel after just checking in.

Very strategic location, easy to get around. And 7 minutes walk to the nearest mall.

Big room, cheap and decent place, just needs to be renovated again
