There are PLUS and minus, I stayed with my husband & children here. PLUS, the AC is cold, the refrigerator is cold, provided a gallon for drinking, 2 towels, the place is strategically close to everywhere. The view is quite good, you can see the direction of the station. urgently staying here because the house is flooded, so just focus on spending the night, MINUS the room is a bit dirty sorry, there are so many baby cockroaches, close to the stove even to the beds. Then this even though I turned on the AC at night around 7 or 8, but at 3 am the electricity was already ringing. really shocked to see the meter reached 0, the staff did not say at all that the electricity was low. is this system supposed to be filled in by yourself or what??? The wall clock is dead, the TV can't be accessed, it can only be used for the internet, but when it is turned on the sound is loud, sometimes there is no sound. The signal is also bad here 😢 I use Tri & XL with bad signal, my husband also uses M3 and Luplep. Is it because of the rain? From the beginning of entering the lobby, wanting to chat with the staff was pending for a long time Maybe in the future the service and cleanliness will be improved even more 🙏🏻 thank you

I salute the AJM team, they are very alert if they have questions or complaints from customers, they don't have to wait long. Sesuai harga, nyaman, namun ada bberapa catatan penting yang perlu diperhatikan, saat masuk tissue dan sabun cuci piring habis dan lama sekali diberikan. Sabun mandi cair habis, tidak disediakan sikat gigi, pasta gigi, dan shampoo meskipun sachet.

Best view, clean, the space is quite big, the kitchen is complete. The owner is very kind, fast response. Great place to stay 😇.

Saya sangat senang bisa bermalam di Apartment Patraland Urbano By AJM. 1. Owner dan team sangat sigap dari mulai customer mulai check in. 2. Owner dan teamnya sangat baik dan kekeluargaan. 3. Jika ada keluhan dari kita contohnya: kurang sendok di kamar, setelah berkomunikasi, segera di antar ke kamar. Pelayanan apartemen tapi rasa hotel berbintang. Ga terasa niat menginap 1 malam, malah extend sampai 2 malam berikutnya.

Comfortable, strategic place but maybe because the room I was in was owned by an individual so it wasn't clean enough.
