Very unpleasant, the first time we stayed there, we were fined because they said there were blood stains, while none of our family members were bleeding, the hotel could not prove it, and we were still told to change, I am not someone who likes to argue, but other customers need to be careful. Sorry, not to badmouth, but this hotel is too different in detail and makes us uncomfortable, which makes us give it a minus score, because you are accused, while the hotel cannot prove it. You need to be careful, please prove it yourself if you don't believe it.

friendly staff, easy check in and check out without any hassle, clean rooms, clean pool, calm atmosphere,,, suitable for families,,, because the concept is a garden, it is understandable if there are insects that stray into the accommodation area😇, the hotel has also provided electric mosquito repellent in case mosquitoes enter.

Beautiful atmosphere, comfortable place.

For the pool, there is too much chlorine so it makes your eyes sore and the food tastes pretty good but the price is quite expensive, the portion is ordinary. And for the pool area, please add more lights especially in front of the room entrance. The rest is good.

Pro: spacious villa with private pool, beautiful garden, quiet area, friendly staff. Con: rooms are not soundproof, we could hear the neighbors maling coffee, talking, showering-even in the middle of the night! No beers in the resort, far from the city center, no motorbikes for rent and no dining out options close by.

The hotel is very nice, there is a private pool. Only the access road is a bit small so it is not convincing whether there is a hotel/resort inside. Oh yes, if you bring children> 2 people, there is an additional charge of 100 thousand/child or an additional extra bed of 150 thousand/child.
