Friendly staff, delicious food

Maybe the officers should be equipped with uniforms to make them more formal.

The water is really low, I can't take a shower. It's not that warm. I want to have breakfast at 10 o'clock but there's nothing at all.

There is only 1 drawback, when taking a shower the water floods, maybe because the drain is clogged. But after 30 minutes it dries up again 🤣 but overall it's good, the air conditioner is cold, clean and pleasant. I think this is a child-friendly hotel, because the pool is not too deep. There is an ice cream shop downstairs that is cheap and delicious. Just cross the street and you will find the beach.

For breakfast, it is not a buffet so it is very limited.

The hotel is really comfortable and has a swimming pool so children feel at home but it's a bit far from the beach where children swim so you have to use a car..

Even though the hotel is good, it seems like the management is not good, I stayed in a junior suite room type when I only had slippers until they ran out. Trash cans are only available in the bathroom, they should also be provided in the room. The worst thing is that breakfast starts at half past 8 which in my opinion is too late for a hotel, it is said that it arrives at 10 but at 9 there is little food left, the variety is small and the taste doesn't even register on the tongue. Even the egg omlette is finished, please fix it again.

The hotel is very comfortable for families, the atmosphere is beautiful, green, the pool is clean, you can get a room in front of the pool, access to the beach is close, the road is not too busy, far from traffic jams. The children were happy that in front of the hotel lobby there was ice cream and cold drinks. Next, if you're in Pangandaran, stay again at the Long Beach Hotel

Great, comfortable, close to the beach.

Stayed 2 nights but on the 2nd day the room was not cleaned for reasons of not asking for it, towels were not provided in the room and had to be asked for first, when checking in you had to leave your ID card, the restaurant was small so you had to wait for a table, the menu was only small and not interesting.

It's not worthy of being called a hotel room, like a koskosan with a price of almost 600 thousand. There is no water heater, no wifi and behind there is another rubbish dump. Not recommended.

The room is very spacious, I ordered the Junior suite, there are 2 rooms, one for sleeping, the other for relaxing and eating, with a sofa and TV, then close to the beach, just cross and there is a wedrink in the lobby which sells cold drinks and delicious ice cream - good, there are some things that are still lacking, namely there is no refrigerator in the room and the breakfast food is not varied enough, and for the room we ordered there is no elevator but the room is located close to the stairs so it's not that difficult to go back and forth, the stairs are comfortable to climb, I hope Long Beach will get better in the future, come here again next time.

The check-in and check-out process is fast and not complicated, the swimming pool and rooms are clean, it's a pleasure to stay at this hotel
