The concept is good, close to the city center, but the cleanliness is lacking. The toilet doesn't flow water, cui. The toilet tank and bidet can't be used because there's no water. Imagine wanting to defecate and being confused about finding water. But if you just want to stop by and take a shower, it's enough for the price.
