Satisfied staying here. The staff is friendly and responsive. The room is clean, fragrant, the AC is cold. But there is no parking for vehicles and the room is not soundproof.

First time staying at this hotel. So far I am satisfied with the service. The staff is friendly and responsive. The room is also clean and fragrant. But unfortunately there is no parking space for vehicles. Most suitable for tourists who are on vacation without a vehicle.

Thank God, I'm always very satisfied staying here. Yesterday I got a suite room at a good price, but I didn't include breakfast because I wanted to have breakfast outside or around the hotel, hehe.

for the water heater is noisy, too often makes noise even when not in use. the sheets and mattress are still a bit dirty. but overall it's pretty good for that price and close to the bandung town square

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately the room is noisy with water filling, and not soundproof, so it is difficult to sleep, very disturbing to rest, and the window has no view outside. Even though the location is quite good, it is in the middle of the shopping center.

The hotel is close to everywhere, you can walk to Sudirman Park or Braga. The hotel entrance is very small, I missed it several times. The hotel area is very crowded, there are many food stalls and other things around the hotel. 1 drawback of this hotel, the parking lot is very far away, at first I was confused about access to the hotel, I had to go around and finally after 2 hours, I gave up and contacted the receptionist for access and where to park my car? The receptionist said to park the car in the underground parking lot in the town square and we had to walk +/- 15 minutes with our luggage to the hotel, it was very inconvenient and the parking fee in the town square = Rp. 35,000 / night. The hotel must immediately find a solution to the problem of visitor parking. The swimming pool is very small, maybe more precisely a swimming pool for children. The room is a bit dirty, there are small cockroaches on the bathroom door. Overall, this hotel is suitable for Back Packer visitors with little luggage and not coming by car.
