After a while the officer came to install the white curtains, meaning there were curtains but they deliberately didn't install them and provided a room that wasn't ready for the customer. After they were installed, I could only laugh because the curtains were also different on the right and left. I could only think to myself, what kind of 4-star hotel is this.
There were also many defects in the room, damp walls, almost broken cupboards, broken toilet mirrors. This should be a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel
