Cleanliness of the room, especially the bed, bed sheets, and bathroom, please maximize it more. If possible, every time a guest checks out, always change the bed sheets and brush the bathroom. But after complaining, they immediately come to change the bed sheets and new bed covers, but I still brush the bathroom myself.

The room condition is smelly, there are cockroaches and spider webs. The sheets, bed covers, pillow cases, bolster cases are clearly not changed and smelly. The bed looks like it has been used because it looks messy. The admin chatted regarding the condition of the room did not reply, until I had to go down to the lobby and return the room key. The bathroom was very very dirty and unkempt, moss and yellowing everywhere, smelled musty, never cleaned maybe every time someone checked out.
